Howdy y'all, quick qeustion. I was running thru the plains near the siranda beach, in the area with a statue in the middle of a stonehenge. Then my game just gave up the ghost, crashed straight to the desktop. I tried to re-log and join, but i was instantly crashed again. Try again a third time, and I find my character dead in the afterlife. He was a fresh character, didn't have much on him, so it's not a big loss, but still unfortunate. So what's your policy on CTD deaths, I'm wondering? Would like to know if my little dwarf could get a second chance on life.  |

Hey there! You should really join our Discord channel to get fast responses to these questions! Click hereAs for crash deaths, and given the recent EE update making tons of people crash, we do absolutely have forgiveness for dying that way. Try to grab a DM IG using the DM channel or ask for help in our 'I need help' section of Discord. In any other cases your character will need to be found by another character and raised from the dead with a scroll however. This has to be entirely IC, it's frowned upon to just send a lot of tells to strangers asking them for help when they're far away. If you find yourself crashing often, it's best to just stay indoors safe until you can fix the problem- try adjusting graphics all the way low, giving windowed mode a try, setting NwN as 'high priority' in your Task Manager and also a handy little trick for alloting more memory to the Neverwinter Game using your ini fileAs always, it's dangerous to go exploring alone too if you aren't a sneak or invisible, for this very reason! |

Thanks for the response, I'll give the Discord a try then. I'll also try and mess with my settings to try make things better, those are good tips. Hope all goes well
