Bug Name: Broken Discipline DC
Area: Kalaram Waterfront
PC/s involved: Garrehardt Farfellow
System Involved:Fishing
Item Involved:Gnomish Fishing Rod
Description: While using one of my newly acquired fishing rods from the Seven Oaks: Asylum, I noticed that the Search was functioning as it should, but the Discipline check was stuck at DC-1, I know it isn't supposed to increase, but I am fairly certain it should not be stuck at one.
Date: This occurred yesterday, June 11th, I am not home, otherwise I would check if it is still a problem.

Likely that the discipline DC variable was overlooked. When it's not set, it defaults to 1.

Just tested, it does rise, when I came back to it, it was at 5 and is slowly rising. Still strange that it defaults to one.
