Ammo such as Ludorian bolts, Annedhellian Arrows and Aszmyn Arrows when found overwrite the current stack in the players inventory. For example I had 75 Aszmyn arrows, forgot to drop them on the ground to prevent the bug, so when I did find some, the 15 I founnd were added to my inventory and the 75 removed. Same happens to the other two ammo types I listed.

I’ve been wondering about this bug for some time and seen it happen to myself. Never seen the kind on any other server. We’ll look into it.
I plan on testing acquiring ammo from the ground vs from search spot vs from a DM inventory spawn.
Please post here if this happens to ammo that’s in bags vs out of bags if there’s a difference
If you’re about to search in an ammo spot please be careful and drop your ammo or take a full screen screenshot of your ammo count and another of you acquiring the ammo in your action window, standing in the same spot/position so we can trust you aren’t exploiting. With those two, if you lose ammo, ask a DM for replacement.
