Bug Name (brief): Sirandian Black Mail can't be transferred

PC/s involved: Cat
System Involved: Loot
Item Involved: Sirandian Black Mail
Description: The armor you can find is unidentified but also not transferable. So you cant show it to others to identify it. And you cant get rid of it in any way (chest, trash, trade, drop...). (I hold two atm.)
